The Executive Fire Officers (EFO) Section is dedicated to developing today’s and tomorrow’s fire service executives. Open to all IAFC members—not just National Fire Academy EFO graduates—the section equips current and aspiring chief officers with the leadership, business, and organizational skills needed to lead in an increasingly complex emergency services environment.
